Eating well across festival days

Festival food stalls are genuinely tempting, but relying on them for every single meal across a multi day event can leave a body running on sugar and grease without the steadier fuel needed for hours of standing, walking and dancing between stages spread across a large site all day long.

Packing simple, non perishable snacks such as nuts, dried fruit or muesli bars fills the gaps between proper meals without requiring a queue or a wait, and keeps energy levels far more even than skipping food entirely until genuine hunger becomes an actual problem later in the afternoon or evening.

A proper sit down meal at least once a day, even a simple one from a stall, matters more than it might seem for genuine stamina across a long weekend. Treating food as part of the plan, not an afterthought squeezed in between acts, keeps the whole event more enjoyable and less exhausting.
